On 6 January 2025 Dominic Hodges joined Manchester-based Procter Street as Director of its new Commercial Division, part of a wider plan for the business to develop its multi-disciplinary services within the construction and civil engineering sector. Dominic has over 30 years’ experience within the industry and is the former MD of John Sisk & Son, a tier one UK contractor.
In line with Procter Street’s expansion, Dominic will head up a portfolio of new services including strategic advisory, commercial and contract services. He will be working alongside the different business divisions to provide an integrated service to the organisation’s existing and growing customer base.
“I am delighted to be joining David and Gareth at Procter Street. There’s a lot going on with clear vision, expansion and innovation – the business has a great energy and I’m looking forward to contributing to its growth and success. I’m particularly keen to create solutions that work for everyone, offering real value for the business and our clients” said Dominic.
The three directors, Dominic Hodges, David Procter and Gareth Street, have previously worked together across multiple projects at Alfred McAlpine, Carillion, Volker Stevin and John Sisk. “With decades of working with, for, and alongside each other, we knew Dominic was the person we had been waiting for to add to our team. The established relationships mean that we already know Dominic and his extensive skills, strong values and drive – which all align with the dynamic of Procter Street and our clients” explained David.
Procter Street’s initial focus for 2025 includes supporting AMP8 water sector clients to establish strong commercial and contractual systems. The organisation’s advisory services include supporting directors and owners of businesses to solve challenges, deliver growth and prepare their business for sale.
There are some more announcements to follow to reflect changes at Procter Street, including an imminent re-brand launch and new offices.
