Technology Capital and Maintenance Framework tender, on behalf of a Contractor for Transport for London, £300m, 2021-2022.


Knowls Lane, on behalf of Russell Homes, £500m, 2022.


Procter and Street have worked as Infrastructure Consultancy on this residential development for the past 4 years. The scheme brings up to 265 high-quality family homes and a much-needed new Link Road that has been an aspiration of the local authority and will address existing congestion in the local area.


Facilitation of the two way negotiation stage with the client followed.


Entering the final BAFO stage of the bid, and with the quality submission substantially completion we led the commercial and risk elements to produce a sustainable and competitive offer.
