Headhunting is a process that you might consider if you’re looking for someone who has a specific skill set to fill a role in your organisation. We tailor the search from the beginning, and will only put forward candidates who are suitable for the job. Essentially, we’ll present you with a great shortlist of potential candidates as opposed to advertising the available role.

How does it work?
  • Provide us with a brief – we will take your brief detailing exactly what you are looking for including essential skills and experience and any other specific factors that would need to be considered. We can help you write a job description to help guide the search, which can also be shared with any potential candidates when identified.
  • Identify candidates – We will do a detailed search to identify potential candidates. This forms a shortlist and may include those actively seeking new roles, as well as those who are not actively looking to move jobs. We will then run a shortlist by you, before directly engaging with the appropriate candidates to move them on to the interview stage.
  • Arrange interviews – Once we have identified a list of potential candidates we will carry out initial screening checks before making personal introductions with you as a prequel to the interview process.
  • Make an offer – Once you’ve decided on the best candidate, it’s time to make an offer. This can either be done through your organisation, or if you’d prefer we can manage this part of the process for you.
