Creating and managing robust cost loaded programmes before the construction stage
We work with estimating teams to develop Contractor and Client programmes in the pre-construction stage. We review methodologies alongside risk and opportunity to ensure the time allocated is appropriate and interdependencies are deliverable.
Our experience of doing this Client side and Contractor side allows us to proactively identify risks and address them before funding is requested or budgets set for the construction phase.
What we do!
We offer two options for programmes;
1) Our experienced project managers will create, update or/and review programmes in MSP
2) We have a small team of expert planners in P6, Asta and 4D planning software. For larger projects or more complex challenges we will utilise our expert planners and software packages to undertake forensic planning
