Local Authority Highway Scheme, on behalf of Rochdale Development Agency, 2022

Procter and Street were engaged directly by Rochdale Development Agency to provide scheme budget estimates, programmes and risk management services for a new Relief Road under considerations in Rochdale. The scheme had very limited information as it was in such an early stage of development, this did not prevent Procter and Street providing realistic risk assessed BoQ, budgets, programme and risk review. This was possible due to the in-house experience our team has over all the required disciplines.
