    David Procter
    Owner and Director

    Dave is co-owner of the business and leads the work winning
    and growth services.  Dave spent >15 years with Tier 1 contractors winning work and delivering projects and frameworks.

    Gareth Street
    Owner and Director

    Gareth is co-owner of the business and leads the project management teams in pre-construction and during delivery. Gareth has >25 years working for over 15 businesses in leadership roles.

    Adam Liu
    Partner

    Adam is an experienced pre-construction and delivery project manager.  Adam previously worked for Lend Lease, Carillion, Balfour Beatty, Galliford Try any many SMEs. He is a Civil Engineer who has successfully delivered iconic and sensitive projects for a range of clients in different sectors across the UK including; Highways England, private developers and Local Authorities for Tier 1 Contractors, SMEs and in Client side roles.

    Luke Kolakowski
    Partner

    Luke is an experienced pre-construction and delivery project manager. Starting as a Civil Engineer, Luke has worked for some of the biggest contractors on highways, marine, major demolition, public realm and water. Project values range from 500k to >£300m

    Luke previously worked for Carillion and Graham, he has also worked with many SMEs.

    David Gaisey
    Marketing & Graphics

    David specialises in intelligent graphics and creating compelling visuals.
    With over 35 years in graphic and printing businesses David has worked in aviation both UK and internationally. David combines infrastructure proposals with work from other sectors including Aviation, Hospitality, Tourism and Marketing to bring you new ideas that wow our clients.

     

    Denise Carr
    Proposals Manager

    Denise joins us following a 35+ year career in Local Government. Denise is an experienced Project Manager but also brings skills in bid writing, business development, business analysis, account management, business relationship management, marketing and communications. Denise is super organised with a passion for “right first time” customer service and forming and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

    Rob Halliwell
    Senior Planner

    Rob is a knowledgeable planner who has a delivery background. Working his way up to Site Agent before moving into planning Rob understands methodology and delivery. Rob specialises in P6 but can also use Microsoft Project, Asta and other planning software. Rob doesn’t need spoon feeding and brings decades of outputs and solutions to create efficient and deliverable programmes which protect you.

    Rob previously worked for Balfour Beatty, Sisk, Costain and has also worked with SMEs.

    Andy Dennis
    Senior Site Agent

    Andy has over 20 years experience working for SMEs, Tier 1, 2 and 3s. His experience includes; roads, bridges, water, pipelines, public realm, demolition and building.

    Andy is delivery focused and specialises in driving projects forward to hit programme. 

    Jack Procter
    Bid Manager

    Jack has a blend of work winning and delivery experience. Sector experience and expertise includes; wind, power, MoD, directional drilling, structures and general civil engineering.

    Jack has worked for Mouchel, Carillion, Volker Stevin prior to joining Procter and Street.
