Our Design Manager Luke Kolakowski was able to work with our Client, Bethell Civils, to develop concept proposals through the detailed design to a start on site. The deisgn had various Technical Assurance Process reviews with United Utilities for four Design and Build Contracts with total project values in excess of £30m.
