Meadowhall & Sheffield Bus Interchange Repair & Resurfacing Works – May-July 2023

Key members of the Procter and Street team developed a successful quality tender submission for the repair and resurfacing works at 2 separate sites in Sheffield. Following successful award, P&S followed up with assistance to the contractor in mobilising efficiently and in an expedient manner.
Working to a tight schedule, our Project Manager, Gareth Street, and Bid Writer, Jack Procter, were able to develop an accurate and robust programme of works complete with logical Phasing Plans, thus providing the Client and assessor with confidence in the Contractor’s ability to plan and implement the construction sequence correctly to the tender information and local constraints. Procter and Street were then further instructed to provide the site managerial capabilities associated with the initial mobilisation onto site. This allowed for the information developed during successful tender to be implemented at construction phase.
