Procter and Street include team members who have extensive experience and knowledge working in the wastewater sector on major Captial Delivery projects for United Utilities.  Our Design Manager Luke Kolakowski was able to work with our Client, Bethell Construction, to develop concept proposals through the detailed design to a start on site. The design had various Technical Assurance Process reviews with United Utilities for four Design and Build Contracts with total project values in excess of £30m.
